We love to recommend knitting bags to give as gifts for the knitter in your life. Any knitter will appreciate a stylish sachel to carry their favorite things (well, their favorite things beside their knitting). This year is no different, but there's a new knitting bag on the market from the same people who bring you some of the most affordable and well made interchangeable knitting needles: Knitter's Pride.
At first glance the Knitters Pride Thames looks great. They come in five vibrant colors and judging from product photos enable you to hold a ton of knitting needles and notions, however something becomes quite obvious when you look at the dimensions of the Knitter's pride Thames Bag: it's much too small to hold knitting projects. As such, the Thames bag isn't so much a knitting bag as much as it is a souped up knitting needle case, but that's not that disappointing when you factor in the Thames bag price. It's only $45, which compares well with other high end knitting needle cases. If you're thinking of getting the Jordana Paige Crafter's Tool Butler, the Knitter's Pride Thames would be a suitable alternative especially if you're looking for something a little more colorful.
